So couple updates from me, I don't have a ton of time, like you said mom, I spent most of it reading your email. haha. So update about R (his investigator that moved to Norway in August), he can't get baptized because he was banished from Norway 2 years ago for stealing and has 3 yrs left on the banishment, so with all the legal problems in like every country he might not be a golden investigator until the spirit world. haha. He's basically a "dry member" lives everything and goes to church every week which is still good!
So as for our area, first both our appointments didn't go through with Mit and Gi who are on date for baptism, that was because of Mit's work schedule, but not concerned there. We had a really awesome miracle happen this last week. I was praying all day to find someone that was prepared (because we hadn't found a potential investigator for a few days) and we knocked a few doors when this guy A, let us in and wants to get rid of some addictions and associated guilt (I think we can help you out, bro ;) ) So we gave him the restoration lesson and he committed to baptism on Nov 14th, that was a super sweet miracle and just another time that I've seen that people here really are ready for the gospel. Now I'm able to laugh for every time I heard "you'll plant some good seeds but don't expect much." We wouldn't be out here if there weren't people ready!
So now for a more personal update: IM GOING TO BELGIUM! heading down to Sint Niklaas (one of the most beautiful places in the mission from what I've heard) and I'm going to be training/breaking Elder Howard, meaning I am the companion who is finishing up the 2nd half of his training. Going to have lots of work with doing that and trying to now learn Vlaams** (not sure how we spell it in english) so my new address is:
Mispelstraat 11
9100 Sint Niklaas
Belgium
Love you guys!
