So start with we had a General Broadcast to all missionaries in the whole world. It was great, they just threw down about teaching clearly and especially teaching repentance. Because that is so vital to the plan, but also the progression of someone after baptism. It was really good, won't go into too much detail because there was so much.
Had a week of personal revelation on a couple things, first, I had to decide what to talk about next Sunday in my talk at church, yes first one in dutch! but kept thinking about trials and their purpose no matter that, i tried to think of many topics, it always came back to trials so that's what ill speak on. Then also i felt really impressed that I've got to learn to use more scriptures in my teaching (in our mission we are trying to use pamphlets for the first lesson but that doesnt seem to be working) so we will go back to the old way for the time being, I'm sure that will help!
So, for the cool stuff this week: Ron our favorite investigator and friend told his wife that he wants to get baptized! So sick! He's not on date or anything yet. He does really love his wife and wants to give her time to be comfortable with the change, so he wants to wait a couple months still. But she had the idea of inviting us over for dinner to get to know us! It went great and we got to get to know Ron so much better too, he almost went pro in speed skating!! but yeah that's the big thing of the week! So glad to see things going well with him!
